The Dirty Little Secret got even littler! We’ve taken the classic sound of our cranked Plexi emulator and stripped it down to its basest elements to give you the raw and unrelenting sound of a Marshall Plexi preamp in the smallest possible package.

We’ve conquered the high-gain Marshall amp-in-a-box some time ago, and now our Clean Little Secret takes the classic low-gain Marshall BB formula and gives it a much needed refinement. We’ve beefed up everything from the classic amp enhancer, from the tone stack to the output stage and more, giving you just the right amount of kick. A completely overhauled tone section gives you individual control over treble and bass bands as opposed to a global tone knob, and we’ve added some more bells and whistles to push the unity volume level up quite a bit. Our designer’s favorite op-amp keeps the action whistle-clean until you push the gain, giving you delicious edge-of-breakup tones at the end of the dial, but subdued always-on enhancement tones at any other position. Some secrets are better left unkept!
