All ObsidianWire Pro-Wired Electronics are super easy to install, and allow for solder-less pickup changes with ObsidianWire Plug, Play & Enjoy connectors. The ObsidianWire Custom 4-Way wiring harness for Telecaster® adds a tasty fourth switch position to make your Tele scream.
NOTE: Requires Three Wire - Neck Pickup Mod. To properly ground your neck pickup you will need to add an additional wire to it. This is an easy mod & we provide the instructions and wire to do the job but it does require a solder joint. Please allow for this when buying this upgrade.
Kick your Tele into the fourth position and your old work horse becomes a beast. The neck and bridge pickups work in series to provide a more powerful humbucker like tone. You can use this position for stronger rhythm and screaming leads. Your Telecaster will retain all of the traditional switch positions, and the familiar master tone and volume controls.
